Mariam Slimane is a marketing executive with more than a decade of experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Her work spans product marketing, demand generation, digital growth, and revenue strategy, helping companies turn early traction into predictable pipeline and scalable revenue.

Mariam has spent much of her career operating in complex, technical markets including health tech, cybersecurity, DevOps, and AI platforms. She specializes in building modern GTM engines that align product marketing, demand generation, and sales around clear positioning, strong narratives, and measurable pipeline growth.

She currently leads CX Fractional Advisors, where she partners with venture-backed and growth-stage SaaS companies on go-to-market strategy, product positioning, demand generation, and growth marketing. Her work often focuses on key transition points such as new product launches, acquisitions, category repositioning, and scaling marketing organizations as companies move from early traction into structured revenue operations. She also works with private equity firms to assess executive talent needs for the next stage of growth and helps place vetted fractional leaders experienced in growth-stage transitions, change management, product strategy, and fundraising.

Most recently, Mariam served as Head of Marketing at Prompt Health, where she led go-to-market strategy and marketing operations for a fast-growing health tech platform serving outpatient therapy providers. Prior to that, she held senior marketing leadership roles at companies including Automatiq, Acquia, and ConnectWise. Across these organizations she built and scaled global marketing teams, led platform launches and rebrands, and developed growth programs that strengthened pipeline generation, market positioning, and revenue alignment.

Mariam holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She brings a pragmatic, operator-focused approach to marketing leadership and is particularly passionate about helping technical products become clear, differentiated platforms that sales teams can confidently take to market.
